Toyota’s Quality Image Bounces Back in Latest Industry Benchmark Study
Toyota’s Perceived Quality Score in ALG’s Fall 2010 study climbed 5% in the last six months, driving the automaker up from 6th to 2nd place among mainstream brands, ALG announced today. ALG, a subsidiary of DealerTrack Holdings Inc., is the industry benchmark provider of residual values and depreciation data. Honda ranked first among mainstream brands and Mercedes Benz led luxury brands, with Lexus a close second.
