Daily Tips – Toyotathon 2009: Matrix Choices
Every year Toyotathon makes owning or leasing a new Toyota an even better deal than usual. While incentives help reduce the overall costs of ownership by sweetening transaction prices or finance terms the high value built into every Toyota doesn’t change.
Think Leasing! – December is an ideal time to look at leasing a new Toyota. Residual values may change in January and, with the change of year, may drop a percentage point or two. Combine currently high retained value projections with reduced prices and favorable lease terms and now is the time to become the proud driver of a new car, Sienna, truck, or SUV.
With TFS Special Lease and Finance incentives to sweeten the deal:
Feature
Matrix is available with a choice of engines, transmissions, and front- or all-wheel drive.
See your Dealer Daily Incentives site for details on Matrix special lease and finance rates.
Function/Advantage
Matrix base grade combines “hot hatchback” looks with utility and the economy of a 1.8 liter Dual VVT-i 4-cylinder with either a manual or automatic transmission. Though inexpensive this package includes air conditioning, and AM/FM/CD audio system with on-board satellite radio, power mirrors, and the Toyota STAR™ Safety system.
The 2.4 liter engine that is used in the Matrix S ups the performance ante, adds comfort and convenience features, and offers a unique-in-class on-demand all-wheel drive system designed to add safety in slick conditions and increase performance.
Matrix S AWD and XRS models benefit from fully independent rear suspension and XRS gets additional performance oriented suspension tweaks that include a strut tower brace and 18-inch wheels and 45-series tires.
